Westlake Pipe & Fittings Completes Expansion with Rollepaal Technology

Westlake Pipe & Fittings has completed its new 190,000-square-foot PVC-O manufacturing facility in Wichita Falls, Texas, marking an important milestone in the company's expansion of PVC-O pipe production in North America. Rollepaal is proud to have contributed to this project by supplying the PVC-O production lines for the new facility.

Expanding PVC-O Production in North America

The new facility is part of Westlake Pipe & Fittings' investment in expanding its manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its PVC-O product portfolio.

Westlake first introduced PVC-O pipe to the North American market in 2021, with production in Canada. The new facility in Texas expands its manufacturing capabilities in the United States, supporting the growing demand for durable, material-efficient pressure pipes.

PVC-O (molecularly oriented PVC) offers improved strength and impact resistance compared with conventional PVC-U pipes, allowing manufacturers to reduce material consumption while maintaining high performance.

A Partnership Built on Technology and Process Expertise

In March 2025, we announced our partnership with Westlake Pipe & Fittings to supply multiple inline PVC-O production lines for the Wichita Falls expansion.

Beyond the equipment itself, the collaboration has included line configurations tailored to Westlake's requirements, data integration, process expertise, and production support.

The completion of the new facility represents an important milestone in this partnership and reflects the shared focus on reliable, efficient PVC-O pipe production.
